People working within the financial services sector in the United Kingdom believe that this year will be better for their business than 2012. When Chief Financial Officers and Heads of HR were interviwed by leading financial services recruiter Randstad Financial and Professional 71% were optimistic about this year.
Those who answered the survey oversaw roles in the investment banking and insurance sectors and said that the biggest challenges they faced this year was getting approval to hire new staff, ahead of finding the right candidate for the position.
